Thank you for shopping with us! Below you will find important information about our shipping process for our products here at Big and Small TCG.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods (new set releases, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

4. Packaging & Card Protection

We take great care in packaging all Pokémon TCG products:

  • Single cards are shipped in sleeves, top loaders or card savers, and protective packaging.

  • Sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, tins) are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

We aim to ensure your cards arrive in the same condition as described.

5. Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item:

  • Your order will ship on or shortly after the official release date.

  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise specified.

6. International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Any additional fees required by their country

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the packaging and items.

  3. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order is shipped.
